Incredibly professional.  I walked in with my family to do some simple recording and we were complete novices, having never recorded in a studio before.  I thought I might be in over my head, but once we arrived, we felt so welcome and it seemed like we belonged from the first moment.  All questions were answered.  We were given our recordings the same day and had every opportunity to request edits of we needed them (we didn't).  Everything was done so well and we loved it.  We want to go back!

I cannot speak more highly of my experience working with Frostline. The entire team is stellar, and I must send extra kudos to Derek Haukaas, the engineer for my project. The work he put into ensuring the perfect setup was ready before our team arrived, the above-and-beyond approach he took during our sessions, and his continued care through the completion of the project are more than I could have dreamt of.
