Mixing in Dolby Atmos
Elevate your film's audio landscape with a Dolby Atmos mix. We have extensive experience mixing audio for short and feature length films for both national and international distribution.
ADR
Beyond sound design, composing, and mixing for film, Frostline is fully set up for ADR sessions, whether the director is in the room or calling in from across the globe. For virtual directing on an ADR session, we can livestream real-time audio from Pro Tools, video of the talent, and video of the picture lock anywhere in the world.

Audio for Film
We have extensive experience working on all kinds of audio for film, from location sound, original voice recording for animation, ADR, Dolby Atmos mixing, and more.
We’ve worked with filmmaker Paul Andrew Lawrence on the post production of Boneyard Alaska, and travelled to Skywalker Sound in 2018 to mix the film in Dolby Atmos. In 2024, we brought the immersive mixing experience home to our studio in Anchorage, Alaska, by installing a cutting-edge, Dolby approved Neve Genesys G3D console, which allows for three-dimensional analog mixing directly from the console.
We’ve also had the honor of mixing audio and the original soundtrack for the 2 time NW Emmy® Award winning film Granted: A Wish Story, directed by Dan Redfield.
Our ADR clients include HBO (True Detectives: Night Country), 20th Century Fox Animation (The Great North), ABC (Alaska Daily), and more.

Our studio is controlled by a cutting-edge Neve Genesys Black G3D console, which allows for three-dimensional analog mixing in Dolby Atmos, directly from the console surface. Its unique combination of hardware and software allows for unprecedented possibility with unparallelled quality.
Our complete 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos monitor system is comprised of Genelec speakers.

We use Pro Tools Ultimate and have an extensive library of plugins from a variety of manufacturers.
